Ranley was bred and born (1980) in Holland, a grandson of the all-important Ramzes, foundation sire of the modern Warmblood. Ranley was imported to England, where Julie started with him as an untrained 4 year old. As his rider and owner, she brought him up through the jumping levels in England and, because of his easygoing temperament; she was able to stand him at stud while actively competing.
Ranley (by Rigoletto who is by Ramzes)
In 1988, Ranley and 6 of his offspring flew across the Atlantic Ocean to their new home in Florida. Within a year Ranley was jumping Grand Prix in America and continued to breed and compete, often the same day.
Alan Korotkin rode Ranley and his offspring since the early 90’s.
This is Rocketman, son (stallion) of Ranley also being ridden by Alan Korotkin. Alan has been our trainer/coach/rider for over 20 years. Rocketman has produced several offspring of his own.
